Stances
Shizentai - Natural Stance
Kiba-dachi - Horse Stance
Fudo-dachi - Immovable Stance
Zenkutsu-dachi - Front Stance
Kokutsu-dachi - Back Stance

Hand Techniques
Oi-zuki - Front Punch
Gyaku-zuki - Reverse Punch
Gedan Barai - Down Block
Age Uke - Rising Block
Ude Uke - Forearm Block
Tettsui Uke - Iron Hammer Block
Shuto Uke - Sword-hand Block
Maete - Jab
Uraken - Back-fist Strike

Foot Techniques
Mae-geri - Front Kick
Mawashi-geri - Roundhouse Kick
Yoko-geri Keage - Side-up Kick
Yoko-geri Kekomi - Side-thrust Kick
Fumikomi - Side Stomping Kick
Mikazuki-geri - Crescent Kick
Ashi Barai - Foot Sweep

Ichi - One
Ni - Two
San - Three
Shi - Four
Go - Five
Roku - Six

Dan - Rank (Black Belt)

Kumite - Sparring
Yoi - Ready
Hajime - Begin
Yame - Stop
Yasume - Rest
